  • High school student Izumi, whose daily routine is rating newspaper articles based on her criteria of positivity, finds a wallet containing a large sum of cash.
  • Instead of returning it, she lends a substantial portion of the contents to a financially-struggling male acquaintance.
  • Izumi eventually gives the lost property back to its owner, a wealthy peer named Sato who notices the missing money.
  • As compensation, she reluctantly agrees to help him console a hospitalised friend by creating a newspaper that brings joy to readers.
