[Launch] TREC is a 7-acre site located opposite TRX, the new financial heart of Kuala Lumpur, with views of the spectacular greens of the Royal Selangor Golf Club, and within in the vicinity of IKEA and Ikano [and Sunway Velocity], TREC is Malaysia's first and only purpose-built, urban F&B, lifestyle and commercial destination. When completed, TREC will be a pioneering one-stop integrated entertainment district within Kuala Lumpur's tourist belt, with a size, design and usability to match the likes of Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong, Shanghai's Xintiandi, and Singapore's Clarke Quay. The developer of TREC, TREC Holdings is joint venture between Cher Ng , Douglas Cheng and Berjaya Assets. Cher Ng is the co-founder and owner of Zouk KL Dato' Douglas Cheng is a lawyer, businessman and entrepreneur who has interests in Dragon-i, Canton-i and La Scala. Berjaya Assets is the developer of Berjaya Times Square.
