UTAR Film Festival (UTARFF) in collaboration with The Star, with the theme of Moderate Malaysia is a celebration of Malaysian cinema by young, passionate and creative Malaysian university/college students. There will also be an exhibition, a competition, and awards ceremony and a dialogue session with speakers:
