[The Epicure and the Gastronome: How to be a Better Foodie] The word foodie has come to have both a reverential ring and a disdainful twang to it. Are you only a foodie if you have a good camera to capture appetising images? What makes the food something to be raved about? Does it have to be exclusive or expensive? Let’s take the pretension out of the discourse, join us as we discuss what it means to be a foodie in Malaysia. Panelists: John Lim, Benjamin Yong, Fay Khoo, Maya Tan Abdullah (Moderator). This event is part of the Fringe Food Fest 2015 happening within the Cooler Lumpur Festival.
