Sarah Kay is a poet from New York City who has been performing spoken word poetry since she was fourteen years old. She was the youngest poet to compete in the National Poetry Slam. Sarah is the founder and co-director of Project VOICE. a group dedicated to using spoken word as an educational and inspirational tool. Phil Kaye is the former head coordinator of Space in Prisons for the Arts and Creative Expression and taught weekly poetry workshops in maximum security prisons. He is the two-time recipient of the National College Poetry Slam award.
