This Perdana Global Peace Foundation talk by Yochi Shimatsu is on the dangers of a major human catastrophe waiting to happen in Japan if nuclear scientists & experts do not deal with the looming problem. If left unchecked, it will be the equivalent of 14,000 atomic bombs exploding in Fukushima.

Yoichi Shimatsu is a Hong Kong-based science journalist and director of the environmental consultancy Above & Beyond. Since the March 2011 triple disaster in northeast Japan, he has made 10 visits into the 20-kilometer Fukushima exclusion zone to conduct independent radiation measurements and to provide herbal treatments to local residents.
