Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages the A to Z of events function from the briefing different levels of stakeholders, managing logistics, through to the physical delivery of events
- Able to deliver successful events with short delivery timelines
- Grow, manage and maintains relationships with suppliers, partners and hotels
- Designing creative promotions and incentives, creating artwork for flyers and marketing collateral
- Attending and hosting events where necessary and representing the company
Requirements
- Degree in Business Admin, Mass Comm, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Excellent written and spoken level of English essential
- Previous B2B events experience would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent social media awareness with an understanding of online communities
