Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) is a joint development by UDA, EcoWorld & EPF. Destined to be the new heartbeat of Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang City Centre will be an integrated city that is strategically situated on a 19-acre prime address within the Golden Triangle. Construction starts in 2016 and will take 5-10 years to complete. UDA's income from the project will be channelled to build affordable homes in Kg Baru.

The project's design partners are Jerde Placemaking and GDP Architects. Jerde's portfolio includes Roppongi Hills Tokyo, Canal City Hakata, Universal CityWalk Los Angeles, Kanyon Istanbul, Dubai Festival Waterfront UAE and Langham Place Hong Kong. Proposed content partners include Mitsui Fudosan and Zepp.

Bukit Bintang City Centre will feature a transit hub incorporating the Hang Tuah stations of the Ampang LRT and KL Monorail lines. It is within walking distance of the Merdeka station of the MRT1 line, next to the KL118 Tower, and a monorail station away from the Bukit Bintang MRT1 station.
