UTAR Film Festival (UTARFF) in collaboration with The Star, with the theme of Moderate Malaysia is a celebration of Malaysian cinema by young, passionate and creative Malaysian university/college students. There will also be an exhibition, a competition, and awards ceremony and a dialogue session with speakers:
  • Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai. Group MD, Star Publications
  • Dr Lyana Khairuddin, Senior Lecturer, University of Malaya
  • Quek Shio Chuan, Director, Reservoir Production
  • Liew Seng Tat, Independent Filmmaker
There will also be a screening of Lelaki Harapan Dunia and the finalists of the video contest.
