ICYL 2015 will address the current scenario of social entrepreneurship as a catalyst for the young generation to make a positive change to society. Organized by the Institute for Youth Research Malaysia (IYRES), the International Conference for Young Leaders is to set to become a new international direction and agenda of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS).

This Conference will carry the theme Changing Communities Through Social Entrepreneurship. It will open opportunities and space to enhance the involvement of Malaysian youth in social entrepreneurship that could help to spearhead the Malaysian economy towards sustainability as well as local and regional networking.
