The School of Business at Monash cordially invites you to the Industry Forum titled “Sun Tzu: the Art of War in Business", presented by Scott Graham, Managing Director of Tactical Media.

From West Point to Sandhurst, from Duntroon to Malaysia’s Royal Military College, The Art of War is mandatory study in military academies around the world. But we’ve also seen it applied to other competitive environments, including sport and business. Billionaire and Oracle owner Larry Ellison is famous for his admiration of The Art of War.

Speaker Scott Graham graduated from the University of Auckland with both an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business specialising in Marketing where he wrote a specialist paper on “The Art of War and the Parallels in Military and Business Strategic Thought". Scott’s background puts him in a rare position. He was a soldier in the New Zealand Army, an adult university student, has been a keen martial arts competitor for over 20 years and is an experienced media planner. Using his unique insights, Scott became a CAANZ award-winning media planner while working at Colenso BBDO.
