Designing new processes is more an art than a science, states Dr Albert Tan in his latest book, and he had demonstrated how practitioners can challenged accepted assumptions about what customers want in order to achieve breakthrough results. He will explain and illustrate the ten redesign principles for transforming supply chain processes to shape closer collaboration with their business partners or supply chain.

Dr. Albert Tan holds an MBS from the National University of Ireland and a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the Nanyang Technological University. He is a Research Affiliate with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management from APICS. [Graphic: iussonline.co.za]
