The Pixel Project and All Women's Action Society (AWAM), in conjunction with the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia, cordially invite you to a special Charity Baking Workshop featuring Choux Pastries. This is a one-day charity baking workshop is ideal for baking enthusiasts who wish to learn the secrets of making classic Choux-based pastries while helping the cause to end violence against women.

Chef Frederic Oger, a Senior Chef-instructor at the Academy of Pastry Arts, will be teaching participants to make three classic pastry desserts based on Choux pastry: Eclair, Paris Brest, Caramel Choux Pastry. [Choux pastry is a light pastry dough which contains only butter, water, flour, and eggs. Instead of a raising agent it employs high moisture content to create steam during cooking to puff the pastry.]

This is a limited edition baking workshop with only 20 places available at a special fee. 100% the workshop fees will be shared equally between The Pixel Project and AWAM to keep our respective anti-Violence Against Women projects and programmes running.  For bookings contact Emily O.
