The Westin Kuala Lumpur will stage ‘Hats Off’, a unique and highly anticipated 4 day culinary event and the first of its kind in Kuala Lumpur. ‘Hats Off’ invites internationally renowned Michelin star chefs to take diners on a gastronomical journey with their award-winning cuisines paired with fine wines.

The finale of ‘Hats Off’ is a gala dinner held at The Westin Kuala Lumpur’s Grand Ballroom on Friday, May 10th.  Live video streaming from the kitchen to the ballroom will be available on the night – unveiling never seen before cooking secrets of Master Chefs at work:
